Dental care should not come with surprise bills. We accept most PPO plans and Denti-Cal, verify your benefits before you come in, and give you an itemized estimate in writing before any treatment. If you would rather pay monthly, CareCredit, Cherry and Sunbit plans are available.
PPO dental insurance
We accept most PPO dental plans, including the major carriers such as Delta Dental, MetLife, Cigna, Aetna, Guardian, UnitedHealthcare, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, Humana, Principal and Ameritas. If your plan is not on this list, call us; we check it in minutes.
Before your visit we verify your benefits, and after each visit we file the claim for you. Most PPO plans cover preventive visits (exams, X-rays, cleanings) at or near 100 percent, fillings and extractions at a high percentage, and crowns, bridges, implants and dentures at about half, up to the plan's annual maximum. Your written estimate shows the plan's share and yours.
HMO plans
HMO (DHMO) coverage depends on the plan and the office you are assigned to. Call (310) 644-4648 with your plan name and we will tell you whether we can see you under it.
Denti-Cal (Medi-Cal Dental)
We accept Denti-Cal for children and adults and welcome new Denti-Cal patients. Exams, X-rays, cleanings, fillings, root canals, extractions and dentures are among the covered services, within Medi-Cal Dental's limits. Bring your Benefits Identification Card (BIC) and a photo ID.

No insurance?
You are welcome. Ask for the fee for your visit when you book and we tell you up front. For any larger treatment you get an itemized estimate first, and you can spread the cost with a monthly plan.
Monthly payment plans
Monthly payment plans are available through CareCredit, Cherry and Sunbit, subject to credit approval. You apply online in a few minutes, usually with an instant decision, and the plan pays us so you can start treatment and pay monthly. Promotional interest-free periods are often available on qualifying plans; the provider's terms apply.

Payment methods
We accept cash, debit cards and all major credit cards. Your estimated portion is collected at each visit; if you would prefer monthly payments, set up CareCredit, Cherry or Sunbit before treatment and we take care of the rest.
